What an episode to launch with! Paul as the interviewer conducted the interview with clarity and genuine concern which allowed Lauren to open up in a safe environment, unveiling aspects of her life which were clearly traumatic and continue to be so. in so many ways. Despite the heartache ( which made me cry), the ups and downs ( who doesnt love a bad boy?) and the excitement (£25k for a photoshoot yes please - I will sit on a chair), I felt the whole process left us as the listener rooting for an individual who has been through it all and rooting for her on her journey to happiness. Let's not forget that this was the first podcast Lauren has ever done - a huge accolade to the support and guidance given by a genuine friend - how empowering for her as an individual! Well done Paul C. Brunson - I look forward to the next one!
