Excellent comments on the podcast “My response to Andy Stanley’s LGBTQ sermon…” The point made by the Podcast- that we are separate from our sins - is very important. ….emphasized by the Podcast, and I’m glad to have this perspective. Because I believe any conversation will result in clearer spirituality.. There have always been issues with homosexuality in the church, just like there have been issues with men and women in the church hooking up… In the churches, I’ve gone to, gay church members making an attempts to lead a life for God without any sort of sexual immorality, is just as equal to those singles in the church who also tried to lead a life dedicated to Jesus.. I’ve gone to churches where openly gay but non-practicing members took specific roles in the church. I’ve gone to churches where people that professing homosexuals were asked to sit on the front row, front and center every Sunday morning. And their absence noted…. There’s a combination of people who hold congregations accountable, and those who ask for individuals to excel in their best abilities…. First Corinthians chapter 5 verses nine through 13 —means to me that troubles in the churches are coming from the church itself, and as these verses point out, God is not surprised by anything on this earth. But is surprised by professing Christians and issues. That statement is uncommitted for a reason.

Episode 1372. This was a great interview and much needed. All Americans need to understand the legal system; why prosecutors do what they do; why defence attorneys do what they do….. In thinking about a defence, both the guest and the host focused on courtroom planning and explained the potential steps. I especially appreciated the thoughts and reaction of Ms Stuckey…… One point, and I may have missed it: the consideration of attacking the character of the victim. While this may not happen in a ‘ politically volatile’ trial, it happens in other trials, where the VICTIM becomes the defendant with no defence…..I have not listened to episode 1370, but I am looking forward to it.

Great interview with J D Vance! Great conversation, and great insight into the VP.. Not Catholic, but I’m glad you gave voice to a Catholic. In Tennessee. there is such irrational distrust, by Tennessee Protestants, of Catholics. One disagreement with VP: northern Catholic Churches, which is what I’m talking about, do have a meet/ greet during the service. The fact that FOOD is not offered is BIBLICAL for hardcore Southern Churches of Christ. Eating is what you do at home… About Israel : Not every Jew embraces Israel, or Orthodoxy, or traditions… I know one Jew who pilgrimage was to Vatican City. Is this antisemitism? If anyone criticized him, is that antisemitism?… Charlie Kirk is being discussed locally, on social media. But…..Nothing about his ideals. Comments rejoicing in those who were fired for criticizing & reacting positively about the death of CK… The VP mentions the dignity of work. I wonder if CK would want people to lose their jobs, by taking on his platforms. In fact, there is more criticism of CK’s detractors—than focus on the guy who shot him.

Episode- Bonus I want to thank you for publishing my previous comment. I’m not wanting to take up too much digital space—but I do have some things , as you say, where I would like to stand and push back… Thank you for mentioning prejudice against the Catholic Church, thank you!… I can tell you that when Pope Frances died, conservative social media in Knoxville, Tennessee rejoiced at his death. And it makes me wonder why people don’t realize the enemies of Christianity are within Christianity itself. Joe Biden—I don’t even know if he is still alive. And when I hear podcasts that emphasize Joe Biden, it makes me wonder about the theme of America’s 250th anniversary. We are supposed to forget about all the bad things that have happened on this continent. And there are many. We are supposed to concentrate on the good things. So I don’t understand why we are going backwards to Joe Biden, if Donald Trump can solve everything…. Here’s one moment where I will look back. Rush Limbaugh once rationally said that his broadcast was for entertainment. And if one spent days being angry about something discussed on his show, for or against, don’t spend our days going around angry. The “Bonus” episode looked back in anger, and had no real positive plan. Other than search out read a report and be more angry.

I’m right now, listening to the podcast on Kid Rock and Bad Bunny. And I am enjoying the points, but would like to address language.. When I was going into a job that involve technology, I was told to learn the German language. As it turned out, all the people that I encountered in my position were people that spoke Chinese.. But I do appreciate the fact that I had a chance at education, and enjoyed learning a secondary language.. . And I certainly do believe in the human capacity of communication. Communication is what podcasts are about , as well as human interaction. . Certainly language is important to anyone who is a missionary; the people that speak Spanish have very important roles in the western hemisphere.
