The Improvement Association tells the true story behind the fraudulent elections in Bladen County, a rural town in North Carolina, USA. The reporter Zoe Chace travelled to the city to investigate the truth behind the accusations against The Improvement Association. This association fights for the Afro-American minority rights, but its members were accused by the county residents of intimidation, theft of votes and tampering with the ballot box.
