Our take on Midst podcast

Midst unfolds in the space-western settlement of Stationary Hill, located on the arid planet of Midst. The narrative revolves around three main characters - a cantankerous outlaw, a striving cult follower, and a wicked scoundrel - whose lives intersect surprisingly. Three enigmatic, teasingly omniscient, and completely anonymous storytellers, referred to as "Third person," relay the tale through their distinct voices. They bring each character to life in a dynamic, present-tense, and stream-of-conscious manner.
Midst, first launched in 2020 with great success, has been acquired by Critical Role. The good news is that the show will undergo a complete relaunch in April 2023, starting on April 11. Alongside the audio version, which has been thoroughly enhanced with revamped sound and music, the series will also be presented as visually striking, minimally animated video episodes. In addition, each installment will boast brand-new artwork from an array of incredibly gifted artists.
